2013世界華人建築師設計大獎

為了宣傳華人建築師的傑出設計成果，進一步表彰優秀華人建築師的建築創作成就，提高廣大華人建築師在全球建築界的影響力，世界華人建築師協會繼2007、2009、2011年舉辦三屆世界華人建築師設計大獎之後，即將舉辦2013第四屆世界華人建築師設計大獎。歡迎廣大海內外華人建築界精英積極申報！

一、獎項主題：智慧建築与城市未来

項目類別：公共建築

獎項設置：建築設計大獎3名；單項設計獎若干名

申報截止时间：2013年3月31日

作品提交截止时间：2013年6月30日

二、申報要求

1.項目要求：要求2010年1月1日至今在建或完工項目，規模不限的公共建築。

2.設計要求：建築設計應充分體現建築與人類智慧和城市發展的關聯性。

3.語言及度量單位：參評文件主要文字內容和重要資訊請使用英語和中文，度量單位请采用国际单位制。

五、時間安排

1.報名截止時間：有意申報的會內外華人建築師填寫好申報簡表（附件1），請於2013年3月31日前將申報簡表電郵或傳真至協會秘書處。

2.作品徵集階段：作品徵集工作自2013年2月5日—2013年6月30日截止；參評作品請於2013年6月30日前邮寄至協會秘書處。

3.優秀作品展覽：预计2013年7月在全國範圍內舉辦三場優秀作品展覽，前來參觀者可無計名投票評選。

4.評審階段：2013年8月—9月。

5.頒獎時間：2013年10月25日—27日在世界華人建築師協會2013會員大會暨研討會現場頒獎。獲獎者將受邀參加本屆年會。

6.作品集展示：所有參評作品都將收入《2013第四屆世界華人建築師設計大獎作品集》，并向海內外公開發行。

六、申報材料

每個項目製作一張光碟，內容應包括申報簡表（附件1）、項目資料單（附件2）、能充分表達作品創作意圖的總平面圖1:500，建築平、立、剖面圖1:200、透視圖、圖解、模型照片（照片尺寸≥5×7寸）；材料應提供電子版，圖片為JPG或者TIFF格式，解析度要求300dpi以上。請在光碟碟面標注項目名稱、設計者和設計機構。光碟一式兩份郵寄至世界華人建築師協會秘書處。

七、參評規則

1. 申報獎項的設計機構或個人同意並遵守本獎項通知的內容及評選規則；

2. 申報作品光碟將不退與申報者；作品設計者擁有申報作品的版權，但大獎組織者與出資單位有權行使用申報作品署名權以外的其他版權權利；

3.獲得過其他獎項的作品請在申報簡表和項目資料單中如實注明。

八、申報費用：

1.每個申報項目費用：

會員人民幣叁仟元(￥3000.00)，約合港幣叁仟柒佰元(HK$3700.00)，或美金肆佰捌拾元($480.00)；

非會員人民幣肆仟元(￥4000.00)，約合港幣伍仟元(HK$5000.00)，或美金陸佰肆拾元($640.00)。

2.繳費方式：

內地會員的申報費請電匯至北京世華建國際諮詢中心帳戶內。

2013 WACA ARCHITECTURE DESIGN AWARDS

To approve outstanding achievements of Chinesearchitects, furtherly promote their creative design works, and increase their influencein the global construction industry, after successfully holding threearchitecture design awards in 2007,2009 and 2011 respectively, the WorldAssociation of Chinese Architects (WACA) will hold the 4th Chinese ArchitectureAwards in 2013. We sincerely invite domestic and overseas Chinese architectureelites to participate in it!

ⅰ.Projectrequirements: The projects should beunder construction or completed since January 1, 2010, unlimited scale publicbuildings.

ⅱ.Designrequirements: architectural design ofthe application works should fully reflect the relevance between architectureand intelligence and city development.

ⅲ.Languageand units of measure: Please useEnglish and Chinese in the application files. The unit of measure please usethe Système International d'Unités(SI) by BIPM.

V.Schedule

ⅰ.Registration: Please fill the application table (Annex 1), ande-mail or fax to WACA Secretariat before March 31, 2013.

ⅱ.Submission:calling for entries from February5 to June 30, 2013. Entries must be mailed to WACA Secretariat before June 30,2013.

ⅲ.Exhibition: Three exhibitions of exellent entries will be heldnationwide in July 2013. All visitors can participate in secret ballot.

ⅳ.Review stage: August – September, 2013.

ⅴ.Awards presentation: Awards will be presented on October 25-27, 2013 atthe site of the 2013 World Association of Chinese Architects Annual Meeting &Forum. The winners will be invited to attend the annual meeting.

ⅵ.Portfolio: All eligible entries will be collected in 4th Chinese Architecture Awards Portfolioto domestic and overseas public offering.

Ⅵ.Applicationmaterials

Applicationmaterials should be collected in a CD for each project. The materials shouldinclude the Application Table (Annex 1), Project Information List (Annex 2);1:500 site plan, 1:200 building plan, elevation, section, and perspectivedrawings, diagrams, model photos (size ≥ 5 × 7 inch). The picture should be JPG or TIFF format, with resolution notless than 300dpi. Please marked the project name, designers and design agencieson the surface of the CD, and mail two copies of the CD to the Secretariat ofthe World Association of Chinese Architects.

Ⅶ.Rules of the Awards

ⅰ. Participating design agencies or individualsagree to and abide by the notification and regulations of the awards;

ⅱ. The CD of application materials will not bereturned to applicants. The designers have the copyright of the entries, butorganizers and investors of the Award can use other rights other than copyright;

ⅲ. If the entry has won other prizes, please list allprizes received in the Application Table and Project Information List.

Ⅷ.Entry fees

ⅰ.Entry fees for each project:

For WACA members: ¥ 3000.00, or approximately equivalent to HK $ 3700.00,or $ 480.00

For non WACA members: ¥ 4000.00, or approximately equivalent to HK $5000.00, or $ 640.00.
