2、 项目简介（Project Introduction）
随着开放小区政策的提出，已建成的住宅小区和单位大院需要逐渐打开，实现现内部道路公共化，解决交通路网布局问题。大量的原有的小区围墙就成了所谓的“建筑垃圾”，同时由于围墙的消失，势必会给小区住户带来心理或行为上的不适应。
方案的原小区属于城西富人区中的“城中村”，小区没有经过良好的设计，缺少绿化和一定的基础设施，脏、乱、差的环境与繁华的城西形成了极大的反差，这也进一步造成了小区的“封闭”。而小区内的大多是原有的城市农民和外来务工人员，原始的农村生活方式在这里得到了一定的保留，在小区内部形成了特有的亲和富有活力的草根小区文化。
因此，方案着眼于小区“即将被拆除的围墙”这一建筑资源，通过将材料周期性地原地拆除回收再利用，并且根据小区的文化和生活特色建造起伏可变的“启动因子”——一系列建筑小品和景观。这些小品和景观一定程度上弥补了小区基础设施的缺失，并且根据使用者和时间段的不同加入可灵活变动的设计，成为一道独特的小区沿街景观。通过这些启动因子的设计，在改善小区的环境同时打造了具有城中村独特生活特色的新的小区“活力围墙”。它既唤起居民对传统和谐而丰富的小区文化的认同感和归属感，又作为文化输出传承的工具，成为富有活力的城市多元个性文化的一种展示。通过物理的微观更新实现公众参与的小区活力综合复兴。
With the policy of community opening, the residential districts that has been built and the factory community units will be open gradually, to realize the internal road to the public and to solve the layout problem of the road network. Therefore, a large number of the original community walls will become the so-called "construction waste". Besides, the disappearance of the community walls is bound to bring uncomfortable feelings both psychology and beh**iorto the district residents.
The aimed community in this design belongs to the "village in city" the rich area of west district in Hangzhou. With the poorly design, it lack of green and certain infrastructure. The dirty, chaotic, and poor environment in the district and the clean prosperous neighbor communities formed a great contrast, which also caused further "closed" to the poor community. And most of the community members are the original urban farmers and migrant workers, so the original rural way of life here has been reserved in it, which formed a unique grassroots community culture with rich vitality and affinity.
Therefore, the designers focusing on the" demolished wall", periodically dismantling the walls recycling the building resources in situ and then building a variety of "activator" -- a series of structure and landscape according to the culture and characteristics of the community. So these structures and landscape make up for the lack of community infrastructure. In addition, this design include some changeable structures so that it can be changed flexibly according to the user and time. Finally the walls material become a unique community landscape along the street. Through the design of these real life factors, not only community's environment will be improved but also form a Village in the city culture wall that showing the vitality and diversity of the community. It not only arouse the residents' sense of identity and belonging to the traditional harmonious and rich community culture, but also becomes a tool for cultural exportation, a kind of display of the rich and diverse urban cultural. In brief, this design realizing public participation in community vitality revitalization through micro physical updating.
