2、 项目简介（Project  Introduction）

随着城市的进一步扩张，城市发展与人的实际需求脱节，在城市中心或者边缘产生了大量的高层建筑，有些高层建筑在建设过程中因各种原因中途停止，对城市产生了负面空间，人们在其中的行为不受管控，安全性低。

对于烂尾楼这种建筑空间废弃资源的改造利用是我们的主要创意点，因此我们选取了城市边缘的烂尾楼，基于周围的中低层次的人群需求和分布以及为他们创造一个不同于当下的垂直社区的理念进行改造，改造材料也大部分选取了建筑或者是非建筑废弃物，比如废弃海运集装箱、建筑废土等建造垃圾，利用了自然资源（风、光、雨水），探讨了不同再利用资源之间的组合利用关系，最终使烂尾楼等废弃资源重新得到利用，城市面貌、人群需求得到一个改善与提升。

Unfinished buildings as the building space of waste resources, the transformation is the main creative point we use.Therefore, we selected the city edge of the unfinished building, around the low level of population and distribution based on demand and the idea of creating a vertical community that is different from that of the present.Transformation of the material is also most of the selection of construction or non construction waste,For example, waste shipping containers, waste soil and other construction waste.Utilizing the natural resources (wind, light, rain water), the utilization of the different resources is discussed.To regain the use of waste resources such as unfinished building,Urban appearance, population needs to be improved and improved.
