WACA Members,
我會決定於2013年10月25日至27日在臺灣舉辦2013會員大會暨學術研討會。經我會秘書處多次與臺灣方面的聯合主辦方——中華全球建築學人交流協會初步商定排程如下：
The 2013 World Association of Chinese Architects Annual Meeting and Forumwill be hold in Taiwan from October 25 to 27 , 2013. The schedule proposed byWACA Secretariat and International Chinese ArchitectureAssociation, the Taiwan joint organizers, is as follows:
一、開會時間：2013年10月25（星期五）、26（星期六）、27日（星期日）。

七、大陸地區赴台辦法
Measuresfor the control of Chinese residents to Taiwan
7.1 A類人員：赴台參會人戶口所在地為大陸13個可赴台自由行城市，並且只出席世界華人建築師協會台灣會議（10月25日---28日，10月29日返回大陸），會後不參加旅行考察活動。
7.1.1請本人攜帶戶口本和身份證到戶口所在地公安局出入境管理部門辦理《台灣通行證》，並需在此證上加簽注一次。
7.1.2 本人可自行到航空公司定往返台灣的飛機票。自大陸出發的城市可選擇大陸13個可赴台自由行的城市中的任何一個。並向航空公司索要《電子機票行程單》。此單赴台時要攜帶。往返機票亦可通過秘書處由旅行社統一辦理。.
7.1.3A類人員必須攜帶的第三份文件是需要通過協會秘書處委託旅行社向台灣相關部門申請的《自由行入台證），此證個人無法申請。此項費用為參考價格人民幣550元/人。
7.2B類人員：赴台參會人戶口所在地為附表所列大陸13個可赴台自由行城市，並且參加會後由旅行社安排的台灣旅行考察活動（台灣環島遊）。
7.2.1請本人同上述6.1.1一樣自行辦理《台灣通行證》
7.2.2 往返機票由秘書處通過旅行社統一辦理。本人可選擇大陸的自由行出發城市。
7.2.3 《自由行通行證》同6.1.3一樣由秘書處委託旅行社辦理。費用為參考價格人民幣550元/人。
7.3C類人員
7.3.1暨沒有開通台灣自由行但開通了港澳自由行的城市人員需自行辦理個人因私《護照》和《港澳通行證》。其中港澳通行證要有兩次出入香港的個簽（G簽）。
7.3.2C類人員要辦理《商務入台證》，此《商務入台證》必須通過秘書處委託旅行社向台灣相關部門申請，費用為參考價格人民幣660元/人。
7.3.3C類客人只能選擇在深圳市集中，集體過關到香港，從香港赴台的單一途徑。往返機票為參考價格人民幣2800元。
7.4D類人員
7.4.1 即戶口地處沒有開通台灣自由行城市，也沒有開通港澳自由行城市的赴會人員，只需在本地辦理個人因私《護照》。
7.4.2 無需辦理港澳通行證。
7.4.3由秘書處委託旅行社為您出具一張香港----馬來西亞機票以便從香港出境。費用為參考價格人民幣400元/人。
7.4.4 C類人員要通過秘書處委託旅行社向台灣相關部門申請《商務入台證》，費用為參考價格人民幣660元/人。
7.4.5D類客人只能選擇在深圳市集中，集體過關到香港，從香港赴台的單一途徑。往返機票為參考價格人民幣2800元。
八、會後旅行考察，為5天或8天的台灣智慧建築考察之旅。
Afterthe meeting, there is a five days or eight days study tour of wisdom buildingsin Taiwan.
九、以上手續與報價等均針對大陸地區會員，港澳臺地區與海外會員僅供參考。港澳臺與其他海外會員可自行到臺灣赴會。
