2、    项目简介（Project  Introduction）

2050，未来世界的图景发生了巨大的转变。全球气温升高，海平面上涨，人口的爆炸让地球不堪重负。为了寻找新的生命家园，人类把眼光瞄向了广阔的大海。在海洋里，人类的社会关系和资源来源得到了某种程度上的重塑。人类抛却旧有国家的单位，共同纳入壹个流动和相连的整体，小区，成为人类在海洋中的全新社会单位。同时，海洋拥有大量的矿产资源，无比庞大的初级生产能，既能为人类提供工业生产所需能量与原料来源，也能改变人类的农业生产方式，使海洋牧场成为人类主要食物来源。基于以上种种，海洋成为人类未来的重要选择。在不同于现在的未来世界，人类进军海洋，将生存空间扩大到这壹未知的领域。

虽然石油资源已近枯竭，但仍有诸多散落在各地海洋里的海上石油钻井平台遗留下来。在未来，这些天然能够抵抗海洋恶劣环境冲击的巨物，将会成为生命重返海洋的基站。依托对平台原有结构和空间的改造再利用，壹个个海洋小区悄然成立。在已有设施的基础之上，我们探索在海洋里建立殖民地甚至发展为海洋城市的可能，使人类从陆地跨越到海洋。方案以海上平台为基点，改造并延展其空间，建立了小型的代表性的海洋小区。

方案利用了近海导管架型固定式海洋平台的深度，用其原有支撑结构作为四个核心筒，在其基础上加固拓展成为核心支撑结构。以此为基点，整个方案，分上下几个功能与结构部分纵向展开。上方是由四个部分联结而成的顶部甲板，核心甲板以及底层甲板。将餐饮，政务，商业，休闲，后勤，交通等海洋小区中的几个服务部分合理划分。

底层甲板以下将核心筒暴露出来，犹如中银舱体大厦壹般，生活起居模块像壹个个盒子插入四个核心筒之上，承载着海洋小区中人类居住的使命。模块化的设计使得居住单元体的制造难度大大下降，也更有利于拆解并加以改造利用。四个核心筒既起到了结构的支撑作用，也是纵向交通运输与管道的所在。在海面之下，横向的连接将四个核心筒连成壹个牢固的整体。这既是结构的必要手段，也是海下居住模块水平交通与游览的功能所在。海洋动物在单元之间穿梭游动，创造了独特而又独具韵味的海底世界景观。

整个方案以壹个对未来社会人类生活空间的思考作为出发点，将建筑资源再利用作为母题，选取当前已有的海洋平台，通过有度的改造以及重组，营造了壹个充满生机与发展潜力的海洋小区。作为进军海洋的基点，这只是壹个小小的开端，小区相互联系，成为海洋国度。人类对空间的追求永不停歇，创造新生活环境的探索也没有停止。道远弥坚，我们永不止步。
