2、 项目简介（Project Introduction）
本项目是一个旧建筑改造项目。基地位于江西省金溪县的城市边缘地带，有一座已废弃的长条形房屋，紧邻历史建筑群。其为砖混结构，长约80米，宽约6米，高约8米，原有功能已不可查。长条形房屋旁边有一2m左右的巷道，为一所小学学生放学回家的必经之路，巷道窄小，且时常有摩托车穿行，人车混行十分不安全。
设计的出发点是让人车分流，让小朋友安全的通过这一路段：将废弃房屋改造利用，使之成为“另一条路”，巷道过车，屋内过人，保障小学生的安全。
另外我们发现，义务教育的普及，将一个八九岁小孩的日常一天分为三段：上学前、上学、放学后。上学前匆匆忙忙，上学在学校学习文化知识，唯有放学后小孩天性能够得到解放。对于金溪县郊城市边缘的小朋友来说，放学回家路上，边走边玩，其乐无穷，将会是人生宝贵的经历与记忆。根据不同年龄段、不同人数的儿童的活动需求进行研究，我们将废弃房屋改造成儿童放学回家路上的一个探索乐园，一条安全通道，一个解放天性的场所。这将为**们提供另一条“路”。
This project is reconstruction of an old and abandoned building.The building located in Jinxi county in Jiangxi province,which is next of historical buildings.The abandoned strip-type brick-concrete structure house which is 80m long,6m wide and 8m high is here.Between the abandoned building and the historical buildings,there is an alley which children must be passed when they go home after school.Besides,motorcycle through the narrow alley as well which would bring danger.
The starting point of our idea is to make separation of pedestrian and vehicles by reconstructing the abandoned building.
In addition,we find out that a 9 years old child ‘s daily life could be devided into 3 parts with compulsory education universal ,that is: before school ,in school and after school.Compulsory education.Children always be in a hurry before school .And they should be concentrate on the class when they couldn’t play free.So their nature could only be liberated after school. For the children in the edge of the city ,playing with playmates on the way home is such a Precious memory in their life. The children’s nature is liberated in playing . Based on the beh**ior that children always play on their way home after school, we make the house into a paradise of exploration , a safety passageway ,a place for nature liberation. That is to say ,it provide children the another way .
