2、 项目简介Project  Introduction

提到可再利用的建筑资源,我们首先想到的就是精巧绝伦、源远流长的中国传统木搆建筑。自从接受建筑学的教育以来,传统木搆建筑所蕴含的结构、空间、细部、文化、行爲等等元素便深深吸引着我们。如何更好地保护和利用传统木搆建筑宝贵的资源,改变其令人担忧的现状更是我们一直以来在思考的一个命题。可以说这也应是每一位建筑学子的情怀所在。

因此,针对《建筑资源再利用》的竞赛命题,我们选择了浙江金华义乌市淘店村东阳古建筑群作爲调研的对象进行测绘与改建的尝试,试图找到一种具有普适性的再利用古建资源的方式。力图通过具有可实施性、成本较低、绿色可持续的改建手段,使这些珍贵的建筑资源不再只是死去渐渐风化消失的标本,而是在现代的乡村作爲一种新的形态获得重生。

通过改建,我们希望解决古建筑面临的采光、通风、散热、卫生等等方面的问题,通过结构体的置入对原有的木结构进行维持与保护;同时更主要的是找到一种适应现代生活方式的功能再分配的模式。通过置入体量,产生一种具有活力与创意的空间形态,使传统的梁架结构、牛腿斗拱等等构件、雕花窗格等等细部不再只是与人有距离感的结构体,而是真正的参与到人的活动中,产生一种功能的错位。通过这样一种手段使人们可以毫不费力的近距离感受古建筑的美。置入的体量如同一台X光机器,使古建的结构语汇得以清晰地展现。人们置身其中,古建最具结构美、细部美的节点剖面便如同VR虚拟现实一样呈现在眼前,使历史资源与现代生活产生一种蒙太奇式的交织,将其原本内敛的静态美以一种强硬的姿态宣泄出来,使人不得不沉醉叹服。

在调研的过程中,我们切身的体会到了古建保护的紧迫性与必要性。因此也充满一种责任感希望通过自己的努力给古建资源的再利用提供一种可行的且有效的思路与方式。也许在今天,绞尽脑汁的思考可以将什麽古怪奇特的材料、结构形式等等资源运用到建筑中,真的不如静下心来想想历史,想想如何让古建筑真正获得新生。

How to better protect and use the traditional wooden architecture of valuable resources, to change the present situation more worrying is that we h**e been in a propositional thinking. It can be said that each of the architecture students should be hold this wish.

Therefore, according to the "recycling" of building resource competition problems, we try to choose Zhejiang Jinhua Yiwu Taodian village of ancient buildings in Dongyang as the research object mapping and reconstruction, trying to find a universal use of ancient resources in a way. Tries to be implementation, low cost, green and sustainable means of reconstruction, so that these precious resources building is no longer just dying weathered specimens, but in the modern country as a new form of rebirth.

Through the reconstruction, we hope to solve the lighting, ventilation, heat dissipation, health and so on ancient buildings facing the problems of the original wooden structure of the maintenance and protection of the structure and placement; more important is to find an adaptive function of redistribution of modern lifestyle patterns. The placement of a body, has the vitality and creativity of the space form, the traditional beam structure, the bracket member, carved pane brackets and so on and so on not only detail structure and sense of distance, but the real people to participate in activities, h**e a function of dislocation. Through such a means to make people can easily feel the beauty of the ancient architecture. In the body as a X light machine, the structure of the ancient vocabulary can be showed clearly. The people involved, the most ancient node profile structure of the United States, details of beauty as VR virtual reality as presented in front of the historical resource and modern life intertwined a montage, which originally reserved static beauty in a tough attitude to vent out, people h**e to indulge in.

In the process of research, we experience the urgency and necessity of the protection of ancient buildings. It is also full of a sense of hope that through their own efforts to ancient resources recycling ideas and methods provide a feasible and effective. Maybe today, the brains of thinking can be used what strange materials, structure and resources to the building, really rather calm down to think about history, think about how to get the real rebirth of ancient buildings.
