white-space: normal;"/>闫敏章、刘思捷联合报告 / 题目《总部商务区建筑风貌调查与分析》报告要点：介绍上海虹桥商务区、天津响螺湾商务区、杭州东站商务区、南京河西商务区和宁波南部商务区这五个总部商务区的建筑群体风貌问卷调查比较研究的成果。问卷统计显示，上海虹桥商务区具有相对最高的得分。通过进一步调查分析这五个商务区的城市设计成果内容及其实施管理方式，研究认为城市设计与风貌规划双管齐下的“分离并行模式”（简称虹桥模式），兼具有法国、日本《景观法》的专项管控效能和中国城市设计的规划条件-附加条件简明高效的双重优点。这一适应中国国情的城市设计内在机制的创新，是上海虹桥得分最高的主因。 <img src="/files/useruploadfiles/20170906/6364029015075088768998327.jpg" title="blob.png" alt="blob.png"/>吴伟 / 报告题目：《从虹桥模式看城市设计的未来》报告要点：回顾西方城市设计思想的演变历程，重温我国城市设计的五层次论、研究论、法定论等发展进展，进而对城市设计现状问题的根源、对城市设计的先天性顽疾进行反思，通过上海虹桥商务区城市设计及其实施管理过程与成效的回顾总结、研究反思与对策思考，对我国城市设计的未来提出三点展望。第一，走向“法理化”，早日堵住“法定化”的实施性漏洞；第二，走向城市的“人性大设计化”，避免滑入“设计人性化”的美丽陷阱、在丢帅保卒的鬼魅场中转圈；第三，走向城市设计活态化，尽早走出对成文法的本能性迷恋，回归案例法和程序法之主航道。城市设计的未来，不应“法定地”设计别人，而应“法定地”帮助别人。 <img src="/files/useruploadfiles/20170906/6364029033626650842408871.jpg" title="blob.png" alt="blob.png"/>徐磊青 / 报告题目：《中、南、北三小镇的开发策略研究》报告要点：介绍了位于中国中部、南部和北部三个小镇的开发策划课题，包括产业研究，业态分析，区位分析、建筑、规划和景观等，探索和提出了特色小镇的规划建设策略。 <img src="/files/useruploadfiles/20170906/6364029037795418219381145.jpg" title="blob.png" alt="blob.png"/> 王洁 / 报告题目：《基于乡土记忆的传统村落保护规划》报告要点：首先通过对浙江省10个村的乡村规划阐述了如何依据国家标准来提升美丽乡村的品质，然后通过温岭市石塘镇里著村的案例，探索和提出了基于集体记忆的乡村设计方法，包括如何提取记忆要素、如何建立有机联系等。 <img src="/files/useruploadfiles/20170906/6364029040945420135804572.jpg" title="blob.png" alt="blob.png"/> 蒋浩 / 报告题目：《云南孟连娜允古镇保护与开发》报告要点：云南普洱孟连娜允古镇项目正在通过政府申请2017年亚洲都市景观奖。从乡村现状表象到文化内涵，通过渐进式地保护与更新，将孟连娜允逐步建设成为人聚环境改善，文化特色鲜明，民族关系和谐、经济持续增长的旅游与居住胜地。 <img src="/files/useruploadfiles/20170906/6364029044248526586958841.jpg" title="blob.png" alt="blob.png"/>张云彬，报告题目：《乡村意象的内涵与特征》报告要点：从凯文林奇的城市意象研究出发，分析了我国当代乡村意象迷失的问题与原因，统计梳理了关于城市意象和乡村意象的国内外研究状况，对城乡意象的异同展开对比研究。 <img src="/files/useruploadfiles/20170906/6364029046500088817603472.jpg" title="blob.png" alt="blob.png"/>陶石 / 报告题目：《国家标准体系与乡建》报告要点：作为“筑航网”的创始人，陶石博士通过对该网站开发结构的讲解，分析阐述了这一新兴的专业门户网站，为建筑学、城市规划和风景园林学科及其相关行业所定制的各项网络导航功能，藉此，得以在国内最高效地搜索到所有中文国家标准、技术图集。该专业门户网站还具有国内外设计案例快捷导航功能、技术规范的字码化复制转译功能，等等。 <img src="/files/useruploadfiles/20170906/6364029049453221039925892.jpg" title="blob.png" alt="blob.png"/>张弘，报告题目：《环太湖旅游发展318蓝图》报告要点：阐述了会议所在地——环太湖地区的旅游发展现状与问题，报告了与当地政府、企业、民众等展开多方合作共赢的旅游发展模式和思路，对于大家所关注的318环太湖旅游发展的未来作了规划展望。 <img src="/files/useruploadfiles/20170906/6364029051770418819942223.jpg" title="blob.png" alt="blob.png"/> &nbsp; &nbsp;晚19:30，WACA城乡特色学术委员会召开2017年工作会议。会议总结反思了过去工作的成效和不足，每一位到会委员逐一发言，大家畅所欲言气氛热烈，提出了许多建设性建议和中肯意见，会议结束时间比原定计划后延了I个小时才结束。会后，大家又一起来到树林中，在月光下继续热烈地交谈，久久不舍离开。
