margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: auto; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; line-height: 25px; ">　　有代表提出，房地产开发企业现金流量是影响未来一段时期内房价走势重要因素。就房地产开发企业财务风险和偿债能力而言，银行更关注企业自有资金在总资产中的比例，这项指标比资产负债率更加全面、准确地反映房地产开发企业的财务杠杆。</p><p style="margin-top: 20px;
